Flinders Park South Australia Think Say Do Therapy Services Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year
Speech Pathologist – Full Time

Location: 256 Grange Road, Flinders Park SA 5025

About the Role

Think Say Do Therapy Services is seeking a Full-Time Speech Pathologist to join our team. This role is hybrid — based in our clinic at Flinders Park, with regular community visits (homes, schools, early learning settings, etc.). This balance allows you to support clients in both controlled and natural environments, consistent with our holistic therapy philosophy.

You'll work with children and young people (birth to 18 years) and their families, delivering evidence-based intervention across a varied caseload. You'll benefit from a supportive team, opportunities for professional growth, and a role that values flexibility and balance.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments to understand client needs and set meaningful goals.
  • Deliver tailored therapy across clinic-based and mobile (community) settings — e.g. homes, schools, childcare centres.
  • Collaborate with families, carers, educators, and other allied professionals to support generalisation across environments.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with professional, ethical, and NDIS guidelines.
  • Participate in supervision, team meetings, continuing education, and contribute to service improvements.

What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology (or equivalent).
  • Registered (or eligible) with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • 1–2 years' experience in speech pathology or related roles (new graduates are welcome).
  • Strong clinical skills, confidence in assessment and evidence-based intervention.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to a family-centred, strength-based, holistic approach.
  • Current driver's licence and ability to travel for community visits.

What We Offer
  • Competitive remuneration.
  • Ongoing mentoring, supervision, and training.
  • A hybrid work model — a mix of clinic-based work and community-based sessions.
  • Flexible scheduling to support work–life balance.
  • A collaborative, supportive team culture.
  • Reimbursement for kilometres travelled and access to a company motor vehicle.
