About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support across research, reporting, scheduling, and office coordination. This is a fast‑paced, multifaceted role ideal for someone who thrives in a global corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct research and prepare correspondence, expense reports, and statistical documentation

- Schedule and manage travel, appointments, and meetings for senior executives

- Supervise clerical staff and oversee daily administrative operations

- Screen and route phone calls, emails, mail, and visitors; resolve information requests efficiently

- Coordinate office space, organisation, and special projects

Required Skills & Experience

- 3-5 years of proven experience in Team Assistant or Executive Admin support roles

- Background working within a large global organisation

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools
