We're looking for a Team Leader to play a pivotal role in shaping the infrastructure that powers our products and fuels our growth.

In this high-impact role, you’ll:

- Accelerate innovation by optimising deployment infrastructure, enabling rapid delivery of new products and features

- Drive efficiency through DevOps best practices and smart cloud resource management

- Ensure scalability and reliability of systems critical to customer experience and business continuity

- Lead digital transformation, championing cloud-native technologies and modern development practices

- Promote a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and DevOps excellence

- Improve time-to-market with streamlined build pipelines and developer tooling

- Strengthen security and compliance across our cloud and delivery infrastructure

- Enable smarter decisions with robust monitoring and observability solutions

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent: A solid educational foundation with a relevant degree or equivalent experience.

- Strong Technical Leadership: Proven experience leading engineering teams, balancing effective people management with hands‑on technical delivery.

- Deep Expertise in Kubernetes & AWS: Advanced knowledge of cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and platform engineering best practices.

- Strategic and Delivery‑Oriented: Ability to define and drive the platform roadmap, manage sprint goals, and consistently deliver results with speed and quality.

- Autonomous Problem Solver: Proactive in identifying solutions, making technical decisions and demonstrating ownership and initiative.

- Culture Champion with Growth Mindset: Passionate about leveraging modern tools, fostering a collaborative environment and building high‑performing teams.
