About the role Join our Clinical Trials Unit, supporting trials within Liverpool Hospital and across the South-Western Sydney LHD. As Clinical Line Manager, you’ll lead daily operations, manage a dynamic team, and ensure trials run smoothly and compliantly. You’ll drive quality, oversee staffing, support training and development, and foster strong stakeholder relationships. This is a key leadership role focused on continuous improvement, strategic collaboration, and operational excellence in clinical research. The contract offered for this role is Full Time (1FTE) for 12-months. About You - Degree in health science or nursing. - Demonstrated clinical trial management skills. - Detailed knowledge of clinical research practices, ethical obligations, ICH-GCP. - Previous experience co-ordinating trials. - Highly developed project planning, coordination, organisation and time management skills. - Proven ability to identify problems, make recommendations and implement appropriate solutions in the research environment. - Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills. - High level interpersonal skills and proven ability to work strategically with key internal and external stakeholders in a research environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, consultation and interpersonal skills. - High level computing skills, including databases, clinical trial electronic data capture, word processing and spreadsheets. - Demonstrated ability to maintain high work standards with minimum supervision and an ability to ensure other team members work in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures relevant to clinical trial conduct. - Excellent skills in clinical trial record keeping and attention to detail. - Ability and willingness to travel between sites, if required. - Ability to travel in order to attend conferences, training or Investigator meetings.
