Role Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to represent Lift Shop in Melbourne. You’ll drive sales growth, nurture high-value client relationships, and deliver tailored lift solutions for some of Australia’s most luxurious residential projects. This is a hands-on, full-time position based in our Melbourne office, where you’ll connect with new and existing clients, identify opportunities, and manage leads from first enquiry through to installation. This role combines in-depth product knowledge with strategic relationship building to guide clients through complex purchasing decisions.

About You

- Proven experience in sales or business development within a technical, design-led, or industrial field.

- Experience in selling and designing bespoke fitted interiors (such as new homes, kitchens, cabinetry, or staircases) is highly regarded.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or construction plans.

- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, engineered products, or industrial components.

- Confidence in engaging with clients and technical stakeholders, and translating requirements into tailored solutions.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple client interactions with ease.
