ROLE IN A NUTSHELL
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a ConcessionBoutique Manager to lead our dynamic team at Elka Collective Bondi David Jones. This full-time role (Tuesday–Saturday) is ideal for a leader who is passionate about fashion, customer service, and mentoring a team to deliver exceptional results.
This is a new concession store opening in mid-October.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
As a Boutique Manager, you’ll inspire your team to exceed expectations and contribute to the wider business strategy. You’ll create a customer-led culture and drive results across all areas of the store:
- Act as a passionate brand ambassador for Elka Collective
- Monitor store sales performance and support continuous improvement
- Oversee store operations, including stockroom and immaculate visual merchandising
- Deliver a standout customer experience, hosting in-store seasonal events
- Develop and maintain VIP customer relationships
- Manage loss prevention strategies and stock shrinkage controls
- Effectively control store wage costs and manage rosters for success
- Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team aligned with brand values
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment in line with OH&S legislation
ABOUT YOU
You're someone who thrives in a boutique retail environment and loves leading a team to success. You're passionate about fashion, delivering memorable customer experiences, and consistently achieving targets. You bring:
- Previous Store Management experience in a boutique or similar setting
- Skills in training, coaching, and mentoring a retail team
- Strong attention to detail, time management and organisation
- A proven record of driving KPIs, efficient stock control, and visual merchandising
- Experience in roster and wage management
- A proactive attitude toward continuous improvement and learning
- Confidence in communicating with all levels of stakeholders
