bsport is an all-in-one platform combining boutique fitness and advanced technology. Our platform helps our partners manage their bookings, payroll, marketing and more, to streamline operations and boost their commercial success.
Since we launched in 2019, we have already achieved the following:
- We’ve built a community of over 7 million users
- In December 2024 we have finalised the biggest Series B (€30 million)
- Grown our team to more than 170 employees
Now, we’re writing a bold new chapter: we’re officially launching in the APAC market
We’re looking for our very first Account Executive for APAC market to help us build this new market from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to join a scale-up with strong European traction-and play a key role in shaping our presence in the APAC region.

About the role:
Your job is to help us capture the APAC market by talking to key decision makers and leading businesses to sign them with us. Your expertise and knowledge to consult these companies will be crucial in your daily conversations.
- Deliver clear, engaging demos that highlight bsport’s value by addressing client-specific pain points.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from demo to close, ensuring a smooth and efficient client experience.
- Collaborate with SDRs to optimize lead quality and with Account Managers for a smooth client handover post-signing.
- Contribute actionable insights to product and marketing teams to enhance our offerings and align closely with client needs.
Develop proactive strategies to drive client acquisition and reinforce bsport’s market presence in APAC region.
You would be great fit if you have:
- Experience in a similar position within a high-growth/fast-paced startup environment.
- Have native level of English.
- A goal-driven approach with a passion for achieving results and a proactive attitude toward challenges.
- Adaptability, excellent communication skills, and the resilience to navigate dynamic sales cycles.
- Ability to work independently while contributing actively to a positive team environment.
- A creative spirit-bringing fresh ideas, making suggestions, and embracing innovation
- Experience in or strong familiarity with the boutique fitness or wellness tech industry.
- Previous experience at companies such as Mindbody, ClassPass, Momence, ClubReady, or Glofox is a strong plus.
- Candidates with similar industry background or who deeply understand the challenges and needs of fitness studios are especially encouraged to apply.
