About the Role

We have a new opportunity for someone to join our dynamic team in our New Flagship Sydney Boutique, in the role of Senior Sales Associate - Visual Merchandising. You will be entrusted with delivering more than sales, you will play a pivotal dual-function role within the Flagship team, combining exceptional customer service with the precision of world-class visual presentation. How You Will Leave Your Mark at Montblanc

In this role, you will be responsible for boutique Sales Performance, Visual Merchandising, Boutique Management, Retail Operations.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Actively driving sales performance to achieve individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs
- Building and maintaining a portfolio of clients, building relationships and brand loyalty through Clienteling and CRM tools
- Act as the Boutique's primary Visual Merchandising, liaising with the local Supply Chain, Merchandising and VM team, overseeing the implementation of required guidelines
- Identify incoming new launches, hero and bestselling products and any stock movements that may influence display planning or sales planning
- Responsible for mentoring and coaching team members on Visual Merchandsing standards and fostering an environment that enables high performance
- Participate actively in boutique meetings, presenting updates, providing feedback, proposing new ideas and action
- Lead by exceptional example, actively demonstrating behaviors that embody brand values building a positive working environment
- Assist in daily product and inventory management, following boutique compliance
