This is a unique opportunity to be part of thelaunch teamfor our exciting new boutique, represent an iconic luxury brand, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Reporting to the Boutique Manager, the successful candidate will act as brand ambassador in our Chatswood Boutique.

Job responsibilities

- Driving the sales and results.
- Building collaborative working relationships with both customers and team members.
- Maintaining exceptional store presentation and visual merchandising.
- Ensuring excellent level of customer service reflected in your boutique and maintain effective relationships with customers.
- Providing an unforgettable experience in store.
- Assisting with coaching and training the retail team. Provide all team members with all the necessary tools to perform their job: training, merchandising, display, incentives, catalogue, product assortments.
- Assisting with VIP nights and corporate events.
- Assisting with management reporting on financials and performance as required.
- Inspiring the team to be in line with company and brand objectives.
- Achieving business targets, KPI's and goals through providing exceptional customer service.
- Implementing a culture of coaching in the store.
- Supporting the Boutique Manager – performance management, motivation, training, recruitment and career development.
- Suggest Incentive schemes which will motivate the team.

Profile

- 2+ years of retail management experience.
- Self-motivated.
- Must possess a passion for retail, timepieces or jewellery.
- Good luxury sense and Customer mindset.
- Strong team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The willingness to act as a brand ambassador.
