FinXL is seeking a Test Manager with NV1 to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading consulting client on a key transformation engagement.

* Open to all locations within Australia

Responsibilities

- Owning and managing the end-to-end Test Strategy and Plan.
- Overseeing the development and execution of test cases.
- Managing the test environment setup and configuration.
- Identifying, documenting, and managing risks and issues related to testing.
- Working with a Government client (from a vendor/consulting perspective).
- Experience on large-scale programs is essential.

Key Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a Test Manager on complex, large-scale programs.
- Demonstrated experience working with Government clients (vendor side).
- Must hold an active NV1 security clearance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Deep expertise in developing robust test strategies and plans.
- Strong ability to identify and mitigate testing risks and issues.
