Delivery Centric is seeking a highly experienced Test Manager to lead and oversee testing and quality assurance activities across enterprise-level infrastructure and network modernization programs. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of test management principles, planning, and execution, with proven expertise in driving large-scale testing initiatives across complex IT environments. This role requires strategic leadership, hands‑on management, and strong collaboration with cross‑functional technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and deliver comprehensive testing activities across enterprise network and infrastructure programs.

- Identify testing requirements, define scope, and perform detailed effort estimation.

- Forecast test demand and develop resource allocation plans to ensure timely and quality delivery.

- Develop and manage testing work packages, ensuring alignment with program objectives and delivery timelines.

- Lead and coordinate all testing phases, collaborating with vendors, system implementers, and business stakeholders.

- Oversee and assure quality of supplier testing activities, deliverables, and artefacts.

- Monitor team performance, ensuring testing outcomes meet defined standards and best practices.

- Capture and report on test metrics, KPIs, and progress updates to project stakeholders.

- Ensure all test artefacts are version‑controlled and maintained in centralized repositories for audit and reusability.

- Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement continuous test improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- Proven experience managing enterprise‑scale test programs, preferably within infrastructure or network domains.

- Strong background in test planning, execution, and quality assurance governance.

- Expertise in stakeholder management and vendor coordination.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and ensure delivery excellence.
