Job Description

- Oversee end-to-end testing processes for technology projects within the transport and distribution sector.

- Develop and implement testing strategies, plans, and schedules.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure testing requirements are met.

- Identify and manage risks related to testing and quality assurance.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.

- Monitor and report on testing progress and outcomes to stakeholders.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to testing team members.

- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Test Manager should have:

- Strong experience in managing testing processes within the technology sector.
