Key Responsibilities

Lead delivery of contracted services across VIC and TAS, meeting operational, financial, and compliance targets.

Oversee six to eight direct reports and 200+ employees across multiple sites, fostering safety, performance, and accountability.

Manage full P&L for the region, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving revenue and margin targets.

Build strong client relationships and resolve escalations promptly.

Own enterprise agreement negotiations and maintain engagement with employee representatives and unions.

Drive KPIs including sales growth, workforce stability, service quality, and rate build accuracy.

Identify growth opportunities and support regional business development.

About You

You are a results-driven leader with experience managing large multi-site teams in industrial services, engineering, infrastructure, or utilities. You bring:

- Proven operational leadership and P&L accountability.

- Strong understanding of contractual obligations, service KPIs, and operational risk.

- Industrial relations experience, including union negotiations.

- Track record of driving revenue, margin, and service expansion.

- Engineering or trade background and tertiary qualifications (desirable).
