**Our client, a global supplier of industrial software, is seeking a talented and dynamic Lead Generation/Pursuit Manager to join their team.**

As a Lead Generation/Pursuit Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities and expanding our client's market presence. You will lead a team of developers and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver exceptional solutions that address client requirements.
You will actively participate in the pursuit process, from opportunity identification to solution development and successful project implementation.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage a team of developers to deliver high-quality software solutions and achieve project objectives.
- Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to identify new business opportunities and define pursuit strategies.
- Drive the pursuit process, including scoping, solution development, proposal creation, and client presentations.
- Understand client needs and requirements to architect innovative and tailored solutions using the company's industrial software.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and driving repeat business.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and the company's product offerings to provide thought leadership and strategic guidance.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and drive continuous improvement in software development processes.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading and managing development teams, delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
- Solid understanding of industrial software and technologies, including databases, middleware, cloud services, and development frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to architect innovative solutions based on client requirements.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Professional certifications in relevant software technologies (e.g., industrial software certifications) are a plus.
