There is a full-time permanent role vacancy within the Radio and Music Reporting Team.

We are seeking a detail orientated individual who thrives in a busy environment to take on the role as Reporting & Claim Administrator. - Skilled in researching titles and related information to improve data matching outcomes while maintaining integrity.
- Capable of identifying patterns or inconsistencies in auto-matched data and escalating issues for process improvement.
- Proficient in identifying irregular reporting and liaising with internal teams or clients to resolve discrepancies.
- Experienced in researching and responding to internal and external queries related to reported usage data.
- Able to assist in creating or updating procedural documents and delivering training as needed.

What you'll need

- High attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate ability in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Aptitude for working with reports and data
- Research skills
- Good general knowledge of popular culture: contemporary and popular music and broadcast, film and tv

What you'll love

- Our friendly and collaborative work environment with values of collaboration, respect, skill, imagination, and accountability.
- Hybrid work options, combining the convenience of remote work with in-office collaboration.
- Generous employee benefits such as learning and development programs; 18 weeks paid parental leave (including for adoption, foster or kinship care); discounted private health benefits; novated lease vehicles arrangements; access to financial services; employee assistance programs and more.
