About the Role
As FP&A Manager, you’ll lead the ANZ financial planning and analysis function. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take ownership of reporting, budgeting, and forecasting while delivering commercial insights to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Leading ANZ FP&A reporting, planning and forecasting cycles;
- Delivering actionable insights to senior stakeholders;
- Partnering with Sales on customer programs and pricing;
- Driving process improvements, automation, and enhanced reporting capability; and
- Leading and developing a high-performing FP&A team.
About You
You’ll be a proactive, commercially minded finance leader with strong technical capability and business partnering experience. You will bring:
- Proven FP&A and leadership experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or wholesale
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets;
- Advanced SAP ERP and BI systems knowledge; and
- CPA or CA qualification (preferred).
