Your role:

We’re on the lookout for a driven and motivated Business Development Managerto help grow and expand our presence in the Commercial Vehicle (CV) and Automotive markets. In this dynamic role, you’ll be responsible for engaging with CV applicators, OEM customers, and distributors to increase brand loyalty, drive conversions, and identify new growth opportunities for Dulux and Nippon products.

This is a great opportunity for someone with an automotive background—ideally spray painting or working in a panel shop—who’s ready to step into a more strategic, customer-facing role. While technical industry experience is highly valued, we're also open to candidates with transferable skills who are eager to learn and thrive in a sales environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Call on Commercial Vehicle (CV) Applicators to promote Dulux specifications and convert competitive users
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with Transport OEM customers
- Coach and support Distributor staff to grow Automotive (PV) and Commercial Vehicle (CV) sales
- Expand and manage distribution opportunities to strengthen our Auto Refinish network
- Develop and execute growth strategies for key accounts, ensuring safety and commercial outcomes

Skills & Experience

- Proven ability to identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience managing existing and new business relationships
- Solid understanding of automotive products and refinish systems (spray painting knowledge a plus)
- Excellent time management, presentation, and communication skills
- Demonstrated industry experience, with a background in sales or automotive environments
