About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and coordination support to the General Manager, Leadership Team, and broader business unit. This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced environment, where you’ll manage confidential tasks, drive communication initiatives, and ensure operational rhythm across the team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and executing the annual communications plan, including newsletters, GM updates, and leader forums.
- Drafting and managing internal communications on behalf of senior leaders.
- Organising events and meetings to maintain cadence and engagement.
- Supervising a direct report and supporting multiple stakeholders with diverse priorities.
- Leveraging tools like Office 365 and AI-powered platforms to streamline administrative tasks.
About You
You’re a confident communicator and natural organiser who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You bring:
- Significant experience in senior administration or executive support roles.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft high-quality content.
- Strong event coordination and stakeholder engagement experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools like Canva or similar platforms.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information.
