No previous sales experience? No problem — sales training will be provided to set you up for success.

You’ll work closely with body shops, distributors, and end-users, providing technical advice, training, and tailored solutions — all while driving sales growth across your territory.

What You’ll Do

- Develop and manage strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Promote and sell our premium refinishing solutions to body shops and distributors
- Provide on-site technical demonstrations, product training, and support
- Identify growth opportunities and achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, customer service, marketing) to deliver exceptional customer experiences

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in technical within the automotive, coatings, or refinishing industry (workshop, body shop, distribution or product support experience welcomed)
- A willingness to learn sales skills – no prior sales experience required (full sales training provided)
- Strong technical knowledge of vehicle refinishing products and processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Willingness to travel across the assigned region
