About the team

At Corporate Office, our Technology team provides end to end services for our Corporate Office, as well as supports knowledge sharing and best practice across the Wesfarmers Group.

What you’ll do

- Proactively provide 1st and 2nd level support (remotely and on site) for desktop products and hardware, web-based applications, video conferencing as well as other applications
- Log, track and resolve queries made to our Service Desk and coordinate escalation of issues
- Provide support to our Systems Administrators including system backups, log checking and maintenance
- Assist with reviewing existing IT systems and provide recommendations which support our ongoing focus on continuous improvement
- Assist with the implementation of new IT systems and enhancements
- Support with the delivery of technology projects for Corporate Office as required

What you’ll need

- Solid experience providing 1st and 2nd level IT support within a corporate environment
- Experience in Windows 11, iOS and Office 365 administration and support
- Experience in systems administration within cloud environments (AWS or Azure)
- Excellent diagnostic, trouble shooting and problem solving skills
- High customer centric approach and well-developed communication and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to prioritise workload and meet competing deadlines
- Ability to communicate technical information in an easy to understand way
- Flexibility to participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call roster
- A genuine interest and passion to partner with our stakeholders to ensure our collective success
- Tertiary qualifications and IT certifications (ITIL) are highly desirable

Nice to have’s

- Knowledge of DevOps and code
- Understanding of networking and cyber security

The Corporate Office provides corporate services and support to the autonomous businesses within the Wesfarmers Group, enabling the achievement of Group objectives. It leads capital allocation and portfolio management for the Group and focuses on leveraging and enhancing the Group’s reputation to support attraction and retention of talent, securing investment opportunities and maintaining a low-cost capital.
