About the Role

We’re currently seeking a highly organized and compassionate Receptionist to join our team in Toowoomba. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility, directly supporting the well-being of our elderly residents and contributing to their daily happiness. We are offering a full-time position, where you will be working Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage reception and clerical duties
- Provide front-of-house customer service to clients, families, visitors, and staff
- Handle a range of administrative tasks
- Oversee contractor management
- Maintain office processes and procedures
- Manage petty cash and reconcile receipts
- Collect and distribute mail
- Order office supplies

What We’re Looking For:

Essential Skills and Experience:

- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Strong computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office, and the ability to quickly learn new software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective time management
- Current unrestricted Driver’s License

Desirable:

- Certificate III in Business
