General Manager of Australia & New Zealand

Role Summary
This leadership role oversees the full business operations of the Honor brand within the region, driving strategic growth, revenue, compliance, and brand performance. Responsibilities include developing and executing market strategies, managing channel partnerships, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational efficiency. The role also supports product innovation, strengthens internal systems including cybersecurity and privacy, and fosters organisational capability and culture. Ideal for a commercially astute leader with a passion for brand development and regional impact.

Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for achieving the overall business operation indicators of the Honor brand in this country/region (including but not limited to revenue, payment collection, profit, operational asset efficiency, etc.), and ensure the internal and external compliance operation of the subsidiary company in this country/region.
2. Be responsible for the overall operation of the Honor brand in this country/region, and be responsible for the results of business operation, brand image, user operation, business environment, etc.
3. Be responsible for developing and implementing the business strategy of the Honor brand in this country/region, including but not limited to brand image improvement, product life cycle management, channel construction and channel management, marketing activity management, retail store layout and retail management, etc.
4. Be responsible for building and maintaining channel (including retail) partnerships, large enterprise and industry customer’s relationships in this country/region.
5. Be responsible for improving customer/partner and consumer’s satisfaction and brand image in this country/region.
6. Assist the product center in conducting research and analysis on product and technology development trends in this country/region, develop targeted product strategies, and ensure the success of competitive and sales projects.
7. Be responsible for the construction of the management system, cybersecurity, privacy protection system, internal control, process IT optimization, and compliance operation in this country/region.
8. Be responsible for the construction and capability improvement of the organization and talent team in this country/region, encourage the organizational atmosphere.

About you
1. Key experience requirements: Having successful experience in terminal product operation, major customer development, price management/channel expansion and sales, etc. Familiar with basic retail business and have a certain awareness of the compliance operation towards subsidiary companies. Priority will be given to those with experience in breaking through the markets from 0 to 1.
2. Key competency requirements: Strong market insight and understanding, strong customer-relationship development and maintenance capabilities, understanding and implementation of brand-strategy, the capability to build and manage cross-cultural teams and talent systems.
3. Traits required: Strong business awareness, strong responsibility and result-oriented sense, resilience, recognition and practice of the company's core values.

Relevant Qualifications
• Bachelor of Economics or equivalent
