SustainHealth are rapidly growing our service offering and are looking for a Healthcare Recruitment Candidate Coordinator/ Generator, to work in our fun and energetic Sydney CBD office space with flexible working arrangements available.

The Role:
• Build, support and develop relationship between and candidates and our clients / your fellow consultants
• Generate candidate interest for vacant positions and coordinate their placements throughout Australia
• Daily team collaboration, work closely with senior recruitment consultants
• Manage and build a busy candidate portfolio in healthcare recruitment
• Work closely with the compliance, brand management and marketing teams to build your candidate network
• Work with a very supportive, collaborative team and managers
• Consistently deliver the values and vision of the SustainHealth brand
• Ensure 100% compliance of all candidates by working with the compliance and support team

About You:
• Ability to work in a highly competitive environment requires an individual who can work autonomously and under pressure
• Healthcare recruitment or recruitment experience is highly desirable
• You will be a strong, confident and assertive communicator across all mediums
• Strong organisational planning and time management skills required
