The opportunity…
We are seeking a passionate and driven Product Specialist to join our high-performing Physics & Oncology team in NSW in a 12-month fixed-term contract role.
You’ll be responsible to promote our QA and Radiation Safety portfolio to customers across the following:
- Healthcare facilities including hospitals and radiation therapy centres.
- The Scientific Community including Universities and Research organisations.
- Government including Departments of Homeland Security and Defence.
- Other organisations who require radiation sources or detection devices.
Key responsibilities:
- You will work closely with our commercial team to help achieve our business objectives whilst being the key technical and customer point of contact for the business.
- This role carries a high level of interaction with Device Technologies’ principal partners, supporting:
- Interpretation and management of quotations
- Coordination of service requests
- Collection and preparation of performance reporting
- Use your Medical Physics knowledge to help customers with requests and queries
- Work towards achieving Oncology business revenue targets
- Lead quotation interpretation and management with principal partners
- Coordinate and track service requests to ensure timely resolution
- Deliver business reporting and performance analysis to internal and external stakeholders
- Exhibit at industry and scientific symposiums
- Collaborate with Regulatory & Quality teams to support product approvals and compliance
- Provide training and support to technical and clinical staff on device usage and safety
- Prepare technical documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders

Experience required:
- Bachelor, Master’s or PhD in Medical Physics, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
- Certification or eligibility for certification by ACPSEM or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical or industry setting
- Experience in Radiation Therapy and radiation safety
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for medical devices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Proficiency in data analysis tools
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies
