We’re looking for a **Product Specialist**who is hands-on with product management **and**agility practices, and who is passionate about uplifting teams and organisations. You'll be equally comfortable rolling up your sleeves to shape products, solving real customer problems, and coaching others to think and act with a product mindset.

This is a rare opportunity to lead through **doing and coaching**.

**What You'll Do**:

- **Deliver outcomes, not just artefacts**- Work closely with teams and stakeholders to define, validate, and launch products that create real customer and business value.
- **Coach the craft**- Uplift product ownership and delivery capability across squads, leaders, and stakeholders through mentoring, modelling, and hands-on support.
- **Champion customer obsession**- Use Voice of Customer, market trends, and customer feedback & pain-points to continuously refine and innovate your product propositions.
- **Manage product lifecycle end-to-end**- Shape roadmaps, prioritise backlogs, drive performance metrics, and evolve products over time
- **Lead Continuous Product Delivery**:

- Validating customer value, usability, business viabilty and techinical feasibility before prioritising solutions for delivery.
- **Own the commercial impact**- Connect product decisions to revenue, cost, profitability, and strategic business goals, ensuring a strong commercial lens on every outcome.
- **Navigate governance and risk with confidence**- Ensure compliance, risk, and regulatory obligations are met while enabling pace and innovation.
- **Lead with data and insight**- Analyse key performance metrics, forecast opportunities, and guide decision-making through evidence, not opinion.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Proven success delivering and scaling products in complex environments — with clear commercial and customer results.
- Deep expertise in commercial acumen, customer engagement, product marketing, and business performance drivers.
- Practical experience leading, coaching or mentoring teams and leaders on product thinking and agile delivery practices.
- Expertise in continuous discovery practices, including customer interviews, prototype testing, lean experimentation, and validation before build.
- Mastery of Agile, Human-Centred Design, Lean Startup, and Continuous Discovery.
- Confidence engaging with governance, risk, compliance, and financial forums to advocate for strong, sustainable product outcomes.
- Analytical mindset — comfortable interpreting data, surfacing insights, and making fact-based decisions that shape product evolution.
- Outstanding communication, influence, and collaboration skills — able to work across levels, from teams on the ground to senior leadership.
