Over two years, we’ll support you to become a quality ECI practitioner, through:

- Structured learning modules and hands-on experience
- Mentoring from experienced clinicians
- Work shadowing opportunities
- Regular professional development and clinical supervision
- Exposure to a diverse Early Childhood Intervention caseload
- A multidisciplinary team that shares knowledge generously

You won’t be expected to have all the answers, but you’ll be supported to find them.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Delivering therapy to children aged 0 -7 and their families (majority of role)
- Supporting developmental outcomes within a multidisciplinary team
- Building strong relationships with families, schools and support networks
- Using evidence-based approaches to create meaningful, family-centered plans
- Participating in supervision, team meetings, and professional development
- Providing therapy at our hubs and in the community

What you’ll need

To get started, you’ll need:

- A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology or Physiotherapy
- AHPRA registration or membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Minimum two years’ clinical experience
- Driver’s Licence & ability to travel for community visits
- Required checks (NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children, National Police Clearance, First Aid)
