We believe in building solid relationships with children and families to deliver responsive and nurturing care to each child. As an Educator, you will work in partnership with families to provide a rich play-based learning environment. We have spacious natural gardens to allow children to explore and investigate in a safe and supervised manner. You will challenge and encourage children to explore available choices and provide opportunities for pretend play, musical experiences, foundational maths, physical development, and daily language and literacy development.

About you:

- Relevant Cert III, Diploma or higher qualification in Children's Education and Care or other child studies qualifications assessed by ACECQA
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Experience working in a long daycare setting
- Excellent communication skills, positive 'can-do' attitude
- WWCC and First Aid qualification
- Strong communication skills, reliable and punctual
- You know how to motivate others to be their best and enjoy taking on an odd challenge.
- Exceptional knowledge of safety and wellbeing

**Salary**: $25.00 - $37.00 per hour
