We’re looking for a passionate and collaborative Paediatric Occupational Therapist (Early Childhood Practitioner) to join our Early Supports team, helping children under six reach their potential through family-centred, community-based support. About the Role As a Paediatric OT, you’ll deliver early intervention services to children and families who do not have access to NDIS funding. Working in partnership with families, you’ll use a strengths-based, key worker model to support participation and inclusion across environments such as the home, early education settings, and the wider community. You’ll collaborate closely with our team of teachers, speech pathologists and social workers, providing high-quality clinical input and supporting developmental outcomes in line with ECIA best practice guidelines. This role offers: - Flexibility to work from one of our Loddon region offices (Gisborne, Bendigo, Echuca, or Maryborough) or fully remote from Melbourne. - The chance to join a highly experienced, multidisciplinary team that provides supervision, mentoring, and professional development. - A fixed-term contract until 30 June 2027 with possible opportunities for extension. About you You’ll bring experience as a Paediatric Allied Health professional with a strong understanding of child development, early intervention, and family-centred practice. We welcome both experienced practitioners (3+ years post-graduation) and early-career Occupational Therapists seeking to grow in a supportive and structured environment. You’ll be confident in: - Developing developmental profiles and goals in partnership with families. - Using evidence-based screeners and observational assessment tools. - Collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic support.
