An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Strategy Analyst to play a pivotal role in supporting a major Integration Project based in Sydney. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on connecting people, ideas, and strategies to drive meaningful organisational change. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive communication plan that ensures all stakeholders remain informed, engaged, and aligned throughout the transition. With a focus on clarity, consistency, and effectiveness, this role offers the chance to make a significant impact by fostering understanding and collaboration across the business. Flexible working opportunities are available, along with access to ongoing training and development to support your professional growth.

- Be at the heart of a high-profile integration project, shaping how change is communicated and adopted across the organisation through thoughtful stakeholder engagement and clear messaging.
- Enjoy flexible working opportunities that support your work-life balance while you contribute to an inclusive and supportive team environment committed to professional development.
- Benefit from ongoing training opportunities designed to enhance your skills in communications strategy, project management, and stakeholder relations as you grow within the organisation.

What you'll do:

As a Strategy Analyst, you will immerse yourself in a collaborative environment where your ability to connect with others will be essential. Your day-to-day responsibilities will centre around designing and executing communication plans that keep everyone—from senior leaders to front-line employees—informed about changes related to a significant integration initiative. You will work alongside various teams to ensure that every message is crafted thoughtfully, taking into account the unique needs of each audience. By creating engaging content and leveraging multiple platforms, you will help reduce uncertainty, build trust, and maintain momentum throughout the transition. Your success in this role will depend on your capacity for empathy, adaptability in a changing landscape, attention to detail when measuring results, and willingness to incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.

- Collaborate closely with the Integration Management Office (IMO) to fully understand the scope and impact of the change project, ensuring all communications are tailored appropriately.
- Develop and implement robust communications strategies designed to mitigate resistance and encourage adoption of new processes among diverse audiences within the organisation.
- Translate complex concepts into clear, impactful messages that resonate with different groups, ensuring everyone understands the vision and direction of the integration project.
- Create compelling content materials—including presentations, emails, newsletters, and intranet updates—to effectively deliver key messages in support of change initiatives.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of communication efforts using feedback mechanisms and analytics tools, making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Work hand-in-hand with Integration Workstream Leads to ensure alignment and coordination of communications activities across various business units.
- Engage proactively with key stakeholders at all levels, facilitating open channels of communication between leadership teams and employees to foster trust and transparency.
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders into communication strategies, demonstrating responsiveness and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Support leadership in delivering consistent messaging that maintains engagement and reduces confusion during periods of transition.
- Champion best practices in organisational communication by staying up-to-date with industry trends and applying them within the context of the integration project.

What you bring:

To excel as a Strategy Analyst in this role, your background should reflect hands-on experience managing communications for organisational change projects—ideally within large or matrixed organisations. Your ability to build rapport quickly will be invaluable as you engage with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds. You should bring not only technical proficiency with modern communications tools but also an intuitive sense for what makes messages resonate. A keen eye for detail will help you monitor progress against objectives while your openness to feedback ensures continuous refinement of your approach. Above all else, your collaborative spirit will shine as you work together with colleagues towards shared goals—demonstrating reliability, empathy, sensitivity to others' perspectives, and a genuine passion for helping people navigate change successfully.

- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing effective communications strategies specifically aimed at supporting organisational change initiatives within complex environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities that enable you to convey information clearly across multiple formats and audiences.
- Strong project management skills combined with excellent organisational capabilities that allow you to manage competing priorities efficiently.
- Proficiency in utilising a range of communications tools and digital platforms for content creation, distribution, measurement, and feedback collection.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills that empower you to build trusting relationships at all levels within an organisation—fostering collaboration between teams.
- Adaptability and flexibility that enable you to thrive amid shifting priorities or evolving project requirements without losing sight of objectives.
- A creative approach paired with strategic thinking skills that help you craft innovative solutions for communicating complex ideas simply.
- Experience working closely with cross-functional teams or workstreams on large-scale projects is highly desirable.
- A proven track record of incorporating stakeholder feedback into actionable improvements for communication plans or campaigns.
