Guided by our Values, your responsibilities will include:
- Talent Acquisition: In collaboration with stakeholders, developing and managing the end-to-end attraction and talent engagement process using available online recruitment tools to proactively source and engage candidates.
- Market Analysis and Reporting: Researching and understanding employment market trends, adapting talent approaches to ensure the service meets stakeholders' resourcing needs. Measuring and reporting on Talent Acquisition programs and strategies.
- Process and Policy Management: Contributing to continual improvement in the review, design, and implementation of process and policy in relation to Talent Sourcing and Acquisition.
- Building Strong Relationships: Establishing effective working relationships with internal stakeholders and providing specialist advice regarding attraction and engagement strategies and candidate management.
