Recruitment Advisor/Talent Acquisition Partner, start immediately, based in Logan suburbs
**Your new company**
Located in the southern suburbs of Brisbane, our client is a local Government Organisation. They require an experienced Talent Partner to support their established Talent Team for a temp contract.
**Your new role**
Your key responsibilities in this role will be to ensure the delivery of recruitment and talent acquisition strategies for the organisation, key duties will include:
- You will manage a number of requisitions, ensuring you deliver practical recruitment strategies, services, and support for your recruitment portfolio
- Assisting the Talent team and working together when there is a higher volume of work or when someone is on leave
- Handling job offers through to employment contracts
**What you'll need to succeed**
To excel in this role, you will have previous Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment Partnering skills and experience. Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing and partnering skills are critical to this role.
**What you'll get in return**
