Join our Occupier Services team as an Accounts Payable Manager, responsible for overseeing lease administration payments and ensuring data accuracy across financial systems. You’ll play a key role in managing AP processes, liaising with clients and stakeholders, resolving payment queries, and producing financial and variance reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage AP and lease payment processes, including monthly rent and outgoings.
- Liaise with finance teams, landlords, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain data integrity in the lease administration system.
- Handle budgeting, reconciliations, and critical lease date reporting.
- Investigate discrepancies and manage subtenant invoicing and arrears.
- Support process improvements and quality assurance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years' experience in Accounts Payable or Lease Administration.
- Tertiary qualifications in a degree related to Finance or Accounting.
- Advanced Excel and strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively.
