ADS Group is seeking a skilled and motivated Carpenter/Joiner to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality carpentry and joinery work across various construction and refurbishment projects, ensuring client specifications are met with precision and professionalism.

Task & Responsibilities

- Perform trade duties on responsive and planned works as per client specifications.
- Read and interpret drawings and specifications to identify required materials.
- Cut, assemble, and shape timber and materials for fit-outs and construction projects.
- Construct and install building structures, doors, cupboards, skirtings, and fittings.
- Assemble prepared wood to form structural frameworks and fittings ready for installation.
- Verify accuracy of work by using levels, surveying equipment, and framing squares.
- Build window frames, doors, staircases, and complete framing of buildings using raw or pre-constructed materials.
- Undertake repairs and refurbishments to existing fittings based on client requirements.
- Plan and execute work using appropriate tools and materials to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Adhere to all Health and Safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Proactively suggest improvements and contribute ideas to enhance work processes and business operations.

Qualification & Experience

- Minimum 1 years’ experience as a carpenter and joiner.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications accurately.
- Proficiency in using carpentry tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and ability to adhere to them.
- Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Trade qualification in Carpentry and/or Joinery preferred.
