About the role

Rossmore Carpentry Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Staircase Manufacturer/ Carpenter Joiner. We are looking for a highly motivated and capable staircase manufacturer to join our expanding team at Rossmore Carpentry. Negotiable Wages for the right candidate.

What you'll be doing

  • Manufacture custom staircases to client specifications
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and plans
  • Operate power tools and machinery safely and effectively
  • Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timelines
  • Collaborate with the design team to bring conceptual ideas to life
  • Maintain a clean and organised workspace

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in staircase manufacturing
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting technical plans and drawings
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
