**Job Description** The Role**

Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your finance career with a global leader in infrastructure and design? At AECOM, we’re seeking a motivated **Finance Graduate** to join our team. This role will provide a unique opportunity to develop your financial skills, support project financial plans, and contribute to commercial success across various projects.

As a Finance Graduate, you will work closely with our experienced Finance team and stakeholders, gaining exposure to financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while supporting the delivery of key financial outcomes throughout the project lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Monthly Reporting**: Working with the wider finance team to support in the preparation of month-end and month end reporting
- ** Project Financial Monitoring**: Assist in monitoring the financial performance of projects, identifying risks and opportunities through project reviews.
- ** Pipeline & Backlog Reporting**: Assist in calculating monthly pipeline and backlog figures, ensuring the accuracy of underlying data.
- ** Ad Hoc Reporting**: Contribute to various business line reports, including trend analysis, performance reporting, and market insights.

**Qualifications** Requirements for Success**
- You must have completed a relevant tertiary degree in Finance before starting the 2025 Graduate Program.
- You must be able to commence work by February 2025. We do consider mid-year finishers, as long as you have graduated and are able to commence by July 2025.
- Submission of your resume, cover letter and the latest copy of your academic transcript (please submit all as one document).
