**What our program offers**:
- A 12-month graduate program that includes three, four-month rotations within a broad and dynamic organisation followed by a permanent full-time opportunity- Support network of mentors, buddies and a dedicated graduate program manager- 7-part Graduate Learning Series designed to help build your network and acclimatise to corporate life- Exposure to Senior Leaders through “meet & greet” sessions tailored specifically for the graduate program- A capstone project working with other graduates on a business problem and presenting recommendations to senior leaders

**About the opportunity**
Commencing in February 2026, as our Finance Graduate, you’ll complete three four-month rotations, gaining hands-on experience across key areas of the business.
- Working in our internal consulting team you’ll help shape strategy, support financial analysis, and contribute to sustainability initiatives like energy tracking and emissions reporting. You’ll gain exposure to M&A activity and grow alongside RACV as we advance on our sustainability disclosure journey. Throughout the program, you could be involved with:

**Facilities Management**
- You’ll manage and contribute to significant and meaningful projects whilst expanding your skills, challenging yourself and taking momentous steps in building your career. You will be supported through a structured learning and development program, formal rotations, mentor programs, various on the job activities and more

**What you’ll need to be successful**:

- At RACV, we understand that everyone is unique and has a different background. To be considered for our program you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Management and/or sustainability or climate changed related focus- Will have completed studies by end of 2025 or within the last 2 years- Strong commercial acumen with an analytical mindset- Eagerness to learn and grow with the business- Ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders- Previous work experience in a similar field advantageous**Great things start here**

If successful, next steps will be the completion of several online assessments consisting of: a 20 minute AI online chat interview, psychometric testing and a video interview.

Following this, you may be invited to attend a face-to-face assessment day.
