The Role
As a passionate Sales Leader reporting to the Sales Director of Digital Partnerships, you will lead a remote team of salespeople across Australia who manage relationships with existing Residential Real Estate Agency clients using virtual meetings and phone calls. You will coach, mentor and empower the team to drive revenue, grow relationships and uphold a customer-first sales culture. You will become an expert in Real Estate software solutions, lead technology/process improvements, and enable career development across Domain.

Typical Day / Responsibilities
- Drive team performance by setting and measuring KPIs aligned to revenue targets.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to upskill team members and instill strong sales methodologies.
- Maintain relationships through end-to-end virtual management and solution selling to Residential Real Estate Agency clients.
- Assist rollout of new/featured products to help clients achieve goals.
- Address team pain points and escalate complex client queries as needed.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Field Sales and Solutions teams for a unified market approach; share client feedback.
- Identify operational efficiencies and propose process improvements.
- Expand knowledge as an industry expert on tech solutions for the Residential Real Estate space.
Ideal Candidate
- Essential: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; experience managing sales teams in a B2B, consultative environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and ability to build rapport over the phone.
- Strong negotiation, objection handling, and ability to communicate ROI and business impact clearly.
- Passion for sales with a track record of meeting targets.
- NICE TO HAVES: Experience managing virtual sales teams; familiarity with Salesforce; understanding of residential real estate.
