Role & Responsibilities

- Be the facilitator, coach, and learning designer responsible for crafting and delivering training that ramps up sales teams quickly and effectively.

- Lead high-impact workshops and coaching sessions (virtual and in-person).

- Build scalable content such as playbooks, webinars, and on-demand learning modules.

- Guide sellers through the entire sales cycle, measure what’s working, and continuously refine programs using feedback and data.

- Facilitate and coach in engaging training sessions with hands-on role plays and scenarios across the sales cycle.

- Design and deliver training programs that stick—from workshops to microlearning and playbooks—and keep content fresh and aligned with evolving products, markets, and sales goals.

- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create learning that drives real results and track enablement KPIs (attendance, usage, outcomes).

- Experiment and optimize to make learning more impactful and scalable.

Our Ideal Person

- ESSENTIALS: A Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related; experience in sales enablement or instructional design; ability to create high-impact enablement content and deliver training at scale; strong facilitation and coaching skills; proficiency with enablement tools, LMS platforms, and CRM integrations (e.g., Seismic, Articulate, Salesforce); talent for simplifying complex ideas into clear, persuasive sales messaging; first-hand sales experience and GTM enablement expertise; deep understanding of value-based selling and modern sales methodologies.

- NICE TO HAVES: Experience in real estate or digital/SaaS industries is advantageous.
