What’s the role?
The Delivery Enablement Lead will report directly to the Head of Transformation Operations and will be accountable for the following responsibilities:
- Leads the integrated delivery enablement framework across UNITE programs.
- Owns centralised reporting of portfolio delivery health, RAID, burn down rate, and milestone progress.
- Manages the integrated release schedule to ensure alignment of sequencing and visibility across UNITE.
- Provides a single point of contact to consolidate, validate, and escalate delivery risks and dependencies.
- Partners with program and functional leads to ensure timely risk mitigation and milestone delivery.
What do I need?
- Extensive experience in portfolio or program delivery enablement, or within a PMO function supporting large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Proficient in integrated planning, burn-down tracking, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and release management.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a demonstrated ability to convert data into meaningful, actionable insights.
- Skilled in engaging confidently with senior stakeholders across both business and technology domains.
- A proven history of implementing structured reporting and risk management frameworks within complex program environments.
