The Role

As a Business Services & Tax Partner, you will take a strategic leadership role, advising mid-market clients on complex tax matters, business structuring, and growth strategies. You will lead a high-performing team, manage client relationships, and play a key role in driving the firm's expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Advisory: Provide strategic tax and business advice to mid-market clients, helping them navigate complex financial, tax and regulatory landscapes.

- Tax Compliance & Planning: Oversee tax compliance, structuring, and planning for clients to optimise financial outcomes.

- Growth Strategy & Business Structuring: Assist clients in scaling their businesses, improving financial efficiencies, and structuring for success.

- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of professional accountants both onshore and offshore, fostering a high-performance culture.

- Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, strengthening the firm's position in the market.

Qualifications & Experience

- Professional Qualification: CA or CPA qualification required.

- Experience: Minimum 10 years in business advisory & tax, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of mid-market tax strategies, compliance, business structuring, and financial management.

- Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to drive business growth, manage complex client needs, and lead high-performing teams.
