As part of our Social and Community Impact division and youth membership, RAC Ignite, we’re looking for a **Youth Engagement Advisor** who’s driven by purpose, loves working with young people, and thrives in a collaborative environment.**About the role**As a Youth Engagement Advisor, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering programs that inspire, empower and amplify the voices of young Western Australians (aged 15–24). You’ll lead youth-led initiatives that help young people to succeed and contribute to shaping a safer, more sustainable, and more connected WA.You will also work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure programs are accessible, engaging, and aligned to RAC’s purpose..**What you’ll be doing*** Via RAC Ignite, develop and manage youth engagement programs, events, and activities across WA.* Work directly with young people to shape and deliver programs and build a thriving Alumni network.* Collaborate with teams across RAC – including Marketing, Digital, Legal, and Social & Community Impact – to deliver effective initiatives.* Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to expand program reach and impact.* Support RAC’s youth membership growth by identifying new opportunities that appeal to young Western Australians.* Contribute to evaluation tools and reporting to measure impact and outcomes.* Manage project budgets and administration tasks to ensure smooth program delivery.**About you**You’re passionate about making a difference and creating opportunities for young people to be heard.
