We have an opportunity available within our Industrial Recruitment team situated in Maitland, NSW. Are you currently working within a high-volume administration or customer service role and looking for a new challenge? If so, this may be the role for you.

What will your day look like?
- You will be working closely with our Business Development Managers to fill open Industrial opportunities
- Connecting with your candidate network - build and manage relationships
- Completing pre-employment checks (e.g., references, interviews, qualifications)
- Offering excellent service to our field employees while on placement
- Work on projects that drive real outcome and change within our communities
In simple terms, as a Recruitment Coordinator, no two days will be the same. Yes, it's a fast-paced environment, competitive but highly stimulating You will have the opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive structure.
