We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team who shares our vision of building a sustainable and profitable major Australian gold business.* **Full-time, permanent position,** a competitive salary and attractive benefits package* **A family friendly roster** to suit your lifestyle – 8 days on, 6 days off, flying in and out on Thursdays* **Well-equipped camp** featuring ensuite rooms, sports court, and fully equipped gym to keep you comfortable and active while away from home* **A growing company** that’s supports employee’s development**THE ROLE*** Manage and update work schedules and rosters for employees working on-site.* Maintain records of all operational and personnel-related activities, ensuring all documentation is up to date and compliant with company policies and regulations* Coordinate and manage travel logistics, including flights (charter & commercial), buses, and accommodation* Ensure that employees are provided with the necessary travel documents and itineraries, with detailed record keeping across multiple sites and systems* Serve as the main point of contact between workers, management, and ensure effective communication between the offices* Provide regular reports to management on workforce levels, accommodation status, safety incidents, and any operational issues* Collaborate with various departments to ensure deadlines are met* Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and data integrity* Manage and organise data with attention to detail, including filing and record-keeping* Perform other administrative tasks as required on an ad-hoc basis**WHAT DO I NEED*** Current “C” Class Manual Western Australian driver’s licence* 4 years experience as a Site Administrator within underground mining or processing* INX Software experience essential (InFlight & InTuition)* Proficient Microsoft office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Excel)* Pronto Software experience* Proven ability to improve systems and streamline processes* Confidence working independently and managing shifting priorities* Strong problem-solving skills and quick thinking* A positive, team-focused attitude with a can-do approach* Energetic, self-motivated, and adaptable to change* Excellent communication skills and a commitment to integrity* A solid work ethic and drive to work efficiently and responsibly* Organised and flexible, able to respond effectively in dynamic environments**The Westgold Offer:** A permanent full-time position at a successful gold producer **A range of benefits including:*** Performance based bonus* Group salary continuous insurance* A health and wellness allowance Health insurance discount* A range of Family and Medical leave policies that includes IVF, surrogacy and adoption.* Referral Bonus - bring your mates along* 5 years' pro rata long service leave* Salary sacrifice options* Employee Assistance Program (EAP) that include free confidential counselling, wellbeing services that includes financial advice.Our full list of benefits and why we are recognised as an Endorsed Employer for Women by Work 180 can be seen on the Work180 website.Westgold is driven by our core values of Show Respect, Choose Safety and Deliver Value.
