Are you an experienced Program Scheduler ready to contribute to a high-impact government transformation initiative? We're seeking a skilled professional to support a multi-year program delivering new case management capabilities for a federal tribunal.

You'll work directly with the Program Director to develop and manage integrated master schedules, coordinate across multiple project teams, and ensure timely delivery of program milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for large-scale programs.
- Perform resource allocation, critical path analysis, and milestone tracking using Microsoft Project or equivalent tools.
- Consolidate schedules, identify dependencies, and provide impact analysis in collaboration with multiple project managers.
- Identify schedule risks and support mitigation planning.
- Present schedule information to stakeholders at various levels.

Technical Skills:

- Experience with Agile release planning and mapping to broader program schedules is highly desirable.

Essential Criteria:

1. Proven experience in developing and maintaining integrated master schedules for large-scale programs.
2. Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project or equivalent.
3. Ability to consolidate schedules and provide impact analysis across multiple projects.
4. Strong analytical skills to identify risks and support mitigation strategies.
5. Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

Desirable Criteria:

- Understanding of Agile release planning and integration with broader program schedules.
