Cyril Jackson Senior Campus (SC) offers a wide range of Year 11 and Year 12 courses. Most students are aged between 16 to 25 years. The school also hosts an Intensive English Centre (IEC) for 16 to 18 year-olds, as well as young adults. A number of the students attending the IEC are humanitarian refugees and after studies in the IEC often continue at Cyril Jackson SC in Year 11 and Year 12 courses.

Cyril Jackson SC offers an alternative to students who wish to study senior school courses in a mature learning environment with an ethos of strong support. There is also an on-line program that may suit some students.

The main focus of the Education Assistant - EAL/D role is to support EAL/D students to access the Western Australian curriculum. You may also assist the Student Services team to provide access to social, emotional, attendance, family, health and other support services to students when required.

Suitable applicants will ideally support the education and settlement of newly arrived migrant and refugee background students through assisting teachers in the delivery of education programs, supporting students with settlement issues, interpreting in a range of contexts to ensure students, parents and the school community communicate effectively through providing advice and background on cultural issues.
