Our rapidly growing eCommerce Division has operated Canada's leading consumer plumbing supply websites (Splashes.com and PlumbingOnline.ca) for over 13 years. Applications are now being accepted for the position of an additional, permanent, full-time Customer Care Representative to join our team. This position is located at our Head Office in Victoria, BC. - Provide friendly and timely customer care through e-mail, chat and phone in a fast-paced, energetic, and fun workplace
- Organize and prioritize customer requests
- Research solutions for customers and present them in a helpful and friendly manner
- Collaborate with other eCommerce team members to better serve our customers
- Help us learn from your customer care experiences

Job Details:

- Wage range is $20.50 - $24.00 per hour (wage could be scaled based on experience)
- We provide Customer Care six days a week; this position will include afternoon shifts (9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.) and might include some Saturdays (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.)

Essential:

- Completion of Grade 12
- Minimum two years of experience providing customer care in a retail or wholesale business
- Apassion for helping customers and creating a positive experience
- Ability to work effectively and problem solve within a team
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced and fun work environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desirable:

- Bilingual (English and French) written and verbal communication skills
