Role
ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT
Solution Design & Delivery
- Architecture Authority, providing Governance and Assurance (both pre and post sales) designing change, after analyzing the customer business and technical requirements,
- Responsible for solutions design, integrity & architectures being defined and deployed conform to Atos policies wherever possible,
- Ensure design approvals are achieved,
- Identify gaps with respect to existing & relevant solutions & services
- Responsible for peer review and quality control, a design authority mitigating risks of projects and programs,
- Leverage Industry specific engineering & delivery capabilities
- Maintain awareness of developments in Atos’ technical strategy and innovation processes as these evolve and apply them to the specific needs of the account,
- Responsible for solutions & architectures being defined and deployed conform to Atos policies, and
- Support CDE/SDM resolving Major Incidents if required, and inputting to post incident analysis.
Planning & Selling
- Establish a trusted advisor relationship with clients. Lead or technically support client and account engagements as required,
- Gather information about clients’ landscape, pain points, and strategic imperatives,
- Be a key contact for all stakeholders for purposes of technical architecture and transformation,
- Cooperate with other functions within Atos and Atos Partner ecosystem to support the development of commercial bids, and
- Support account pre-sales activities providing specific technical expertise as required.
- Account feedback – Support Account Client Executive Partner to identify aspects for further development in Industry and Horizontal portfolio, feeding back requirements (with definitions) and customer insights, inhibitors and wishes
- Support PoCs/PoVs/Co-development in Account as deemed appropriate
- Support the Account CEP for Industry to identify & prioritize account technology investments
People Management
- Lead change, strengthening customer centricity, motivating teams to achieve success
- Help attract, reskill and retain talent with Industry knowledge & expertise, digital skills and critical competencies
- Review performance of architects, technical specialists and other selected team members

- Stakeholders External: Client key Technical Stakeholders, Atos Technology Partners

- Required Leadership Competencies:

- Ability to plan and schedule allocated work,
- 3 -5 years’ experience in Architect roles working in medium-large customer environments
- Experience in Architectural domains including Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud, Networking Storage and Backup, Data, Cybersecurity, Integration, Infrastructure, Industry knowledge.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of emerging AI technologies.
- Ability to understand and design complex technical environments.
- Understanding and ability to apply industry standards where necessary and appropriate.
- Strong understanding of Public Cloud infrastructures including AWS and Azure.
- Industry experience across public and private sectors.
