Prouds The Jewellers Charlestown is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Sales Manager. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and exceeding customer expectations.

  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive the store and Team Members to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
  • Lead by example in creating exceptional customer service experiences whilst achieving your personal sales targets.
  • Coach and train Team Members to become top performers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a leadership or management role within a retail environment.
  • A proven track record of delivering results and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
