Digital Banking Professional

We are seeking an experienced Digital Banking Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in card payments and transaction processing systems.
About the Role- Provide second- and third-line application support for card payment systems, including transaction switch and scheme integrations
- Analyse and troubleshoot transaction issues, identifying fixes or vendor escalations
- Work closely with vendors, business subject matter experts, and internal teams to ensure seamless integration of fraud detection, token assurance, and other key initiatives
- Enhance card processing systems to align with strategic digital objectives
- Support the transition to tokenization and smarter fraud monitoring
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience working with third-party vendors, and a deep understanding of Agile practices and incident/change management processes.
