**Service Operations, Finance systems Team** is a Group within the Department of Transport and Planning, and is responsible for managing services across all Finance systems with in DTP.

**About the Role**

The **Oracle Data and Analytics Cloud Specialist** will be individual contributor to provide the on-going support and develop transformation, models, dashboards and reports required for DTP.

**Key Selection Criteria**

**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Proven experience providing BI, data warehousing, analytics and reporting technical development services in a complex operating environment, using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure such as Oracle Analytics Cloud Services, Autonomous Database.
- Experience designing, developing, implementing, and supporting ETL jobs using Oracle Data Integrator, with ability to integrate data from multiple sources and technologies.
- Expertise in PL/SQL with strong understanding of data structures and how to optimise data delivery, including the ability to interpret, analyse and model large and complex datasets such as ERP or HR.
- Demonstrated experience in Oracle ERP Cloud, including knowledge of business processes, technical support, development, and incident resolution.
- Experience with SaaS to PaaS data integration solutions, such as Data Sync or BI Cloud Connector.
- Lead and navigate change: Coordinates change initiatives, providing clear guidance through coaching and supporting others in adopting change. Identifies barriers to change and works with others to develop and implement relevant change strategies.

**Qualifications and Experience**

**Mandatory**
- Extensive experience in OACS, and OCI.
- Experience designing and developing dashboards and reports.

**Desirable**
- Relevant tertiary degree would be well regarded.
- Certification in OACS and oracle cloud technologies.
- Experience on a large BI implementation project.
